Terms of Service
Last Updated: December 10, 2025
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Sentinel.0x website, smart contracts, and related services (collectively, the "Protocol"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Protocol.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Sentinel.0x community-operated protocol. The Protocol is decentralized and operates autonomously through smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain.
2. Description of Service
Sentinel.0x is a decentralized AI trading network that:
- Operates autonomous trading systems (Sentinel Cores)
- Provides liquidity and executes trades across multiple venues
- Distributes rewards to $SENT token holders
- Implements automated buyback-and-burn mechanisms for $SENT and $XCL tokens
- Offers presale participation for $SENT tokens
The Protocol includes planned features such as the SWARM (Collective Intelligence Network) and MITE (Community Intelligence Network) systems. MITE development commences at 2M presale sold, with a development timeline of 2-3 months to full integration.
3. Privacy and Data Collection
Sentinel.0x does not collect any personal data. We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking scripts, or any form of data collection. For details, see our Privacy Policy.
Your interactions with the Ethereum blockchain are public by design. Wallet addresses and transaction data are visible on the blockchain but are not collected or stored by us.
4. Eligibility
By using the Protocol, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You are not located in a jurisdiction where the use of such protocols is prohibited
- You are not on any sanctions list or otherwise prohibited from accessing the Protocol
- You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
5. Wallet Connection and Transactions
5.1 Non-Custodial
The Protocol is entirely non-custodial. We never have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or the ability to move your funds. You maintain complete control over your assets at all times.
5.2 Your Responsibilities
- Secure your wallet credentials and private keys
- Verify all transaction details before signing
- Ensure you have sufficient funds for gas fees
- Understand that blockchain transactions are irreversible
5.3 Transaction Finality
All transactions on the blockchain are final and irreversible once confirmed. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify any transaction after it has been broadcast to the network.
6. Presale Participation
6.1 Token Purchase
Participation in the $SENT token presale is subject to:
- Token price: $0.00127 USD per $SENT
- Total presale allocation: 5,000,000,000 $SENT tokens
- All funds raised are locked into liquidity
- No team wallets or private rounds exist
6.2 Reward Distribution
Trading profits from Sentinel operations are distributed as follows:
- 20% - Airdropped in ETH to $SENT holders
- 50% - Used for $SENT buyback and burn
- 30% - Used for $XCL buyback and burn
Reward distribution is calculated based on snapshot mechanisms and is subject to smart contract execution.
7. Risk Disclosure
IMPORTANT: Trading digital assets involves substantial risk. You should carefully consider whether trading is appropriate for you in light of your financial condition.
7.1 Market Risks
- Digital asset prices are highly volatile and can decline significantly
- Past performance does not guarantee future results
- You may lose part or all of your investment
- Market conditions may prevent profitable trading
7.2 Technical Risks
- Smart contracts may contain bugs or vulnerabilities
